Joint Meeting of HL7 Australia and Standards Australia
Since 2004 the annual Joint Meetings of the Standards Australia IT-014 Working Committees and the HL7 Australia membership have contributed much to the productive collaboration within the Australian e-Health Community. The 2008 Standards Australia / HL7 Australia Joint Meeting on December 4 & 5 2008 in Sydney will provide the opportunity to re-energise this collaboration and revitalise the work of the IT-014 Committees and Working Groups.
On Day 1 we will explore how SA's new business model can progress our Work Plan and will also hold routine committee meetings. The HL7 Symposium on Day 2 will give us cross-organisational insights and three implementation workshops on core e-health domains Pathology, Discharge Summaries and Terminologies.
